29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4): Signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge when the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent:  (a) Exits from the building were not evident on all exit routes because of missing signage.  Bureau of Land Management was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910. 37(b)(4), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 107198, Citation Number 2, Item Number 1a, and was affirmed as a final order on 02/28/2012 with respect to a work place located at, Eugene, OR.  Note: Abatement certification and supporting documentation are required for these items.
