29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a)Holiday Inn Express at Atmore Alabama: On or about September 26, 2014 and at times prior thereto the employer failed to establish a written hazard communication program, including a hazardous materials inventory list referencing the appropriate safety data sheets (SDS). Hazardous chemicals used by employees included but not limited to Super Zappit with calcium hypochlorite as the active chemical ingredient and chlorinated tables with Trichloro -s- triazinetrione as the active chemical ingredient.
