29 CFR 1910.138(a): The employer did not select and require employee(s) to use appropriate hand protection when employees' hands were exposed to hazards such as those from skin absorption of harmful substances; severe cuts or lacerations; severe abrasion; punctures; chemical burns; thermal burns; and harmful temperature extremes:      a) Casting Room: On or about September 24, 2014 and at times prior, employees were exposed to thermal burns on the hands and forearms from molten lead.  Burns occurred when small pieces of lead were added to the melting pot and molten lead splashed on the employees hands and forearms.

29 CFR 1910.1025(l)(1)(ii): The employer did not train each employee who is subject to exposure to lead at or above the action level, or for whom the possibility of skin or eye irritation exists, in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.1025:    a) Rim Rock Bullets Inc.: On or about September 24, 2014 and at times prior, employees were exposed to dermal and respiratory lead while casting bullets throughout the establishment.      Rim Rock Bullets Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.1025(l)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311220586, citation number 001, item number 004(a) and was affirmed as a final order on December 24, 2009, with respect to a workplace located at 103 Main Street South West, Ronan, Montana 59864.
