29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s): 1561 Rt. 9, Toms River, NJ 08755 - The propane fuel tank on a fork truck was held on by a bungee cord. The fork truck had not been taken out of service until repaired. On or about 09/10/2014. Putting stock in overhead storage was the only thing the fork truck was used for. This was determined by taking to an operator.
