29 CFR 1910.1026(d)(1): The employer with a workplace or work operation covered by this standard did not determine the 8-hour time-weighted average exposure for each employee exposed to chromium (VI): (a) On or about 10/09/14 - Production welding, an employee was exposed to chromium (VI) at a time-weighted-average of 0.00011 mg/m3. The employee was sampled for 410 minutes during one shift on 10/30/14. Zero exposure was not assumed for the un-sampled time of 70 minutes.
