29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports: a) 205 Easton Avenue, New Brunswick, NJ 08901: Employees were allowed to perform framing operations from a fabricated frame scaffold approximately 11' 2" from top level to the ground below that was not fully planked from the front upright to the rear upright. Condition observed on or about September 29, 2014.

Condition occurred on September 29, 2014.
