29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: a- 40 South Beach, Lavallete NJ: Employees, not wearing full body harnesses with lanyards attached nor supplied with guard rails, safety nets, etc., were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 25 feet to the ground surface below when performing framing and other related activities from the upper floor a new residential home. Condition observed on or about 09/27/14.
