FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDIITONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.

The worksite employees did not have fall protection training from the company on the day of the worksite inspection.  Condition observed on or about 09/27/14.
