29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided:  a- 1 East 46th Street, Beach Haven NJ: An employees, wearing a full body harness that was without an attached lanyard, was exposed to fall hazards in excess of 25 feet to the ground surface below when performing solar panel rack installation, solar panel installation and other related activities from the roof of a residential home with a pitch of approximately 4 on 12.  Condition observed on or about 09/27/14.
