D-7 Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) or its equivalent which was contained in OSHA inspection 894274, Citation 1, Item 1, issued May 1, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 4500 South Balsam Way, Denver, CO 80123. This citation became final on May 20, 2013. 29 CFR 1926.503(c): The employer did not retrain affected employees who already had been trained but demonstrated inadequate understanding and skill required by paragraph (a) of this section: a) On or about September 23, 2014, employees were exposed to falls of greater than 6 feet while they performed roofing work on a two story home without adequate fall protection measures in place. These employees were not retrained by the employer even though they clearly did not use adequate fall protection.
