(b) Location - 15 Commerce Way, Woburn, MA (Genie Lift): On or about 9/29/2014, an employee climbed through the guard rails of the basket onto the lower portion of the roof. Final Coat Painting, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313377129, citation number one, item number three(a) and was affirmed as a final order on 4/7/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 1000 Nitro Market Place, Cross Lanes, WV 25313.
