29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:    a) Toys R Us, South Side Sign - An employee repairing a sign, from a Baker Model # T292 bucket truck approximately 18 feet above the ground, was wearing a harness but was not attached to the boom or basket; on or about 10/1/2014.    Note:   Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
