29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8) as referenced by 29 CFR 1926.59: The employer did not ensure that material safety data sheets were readily accessible to the employees in their work area during each work shift: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) a) 166-194 Passaic Avenue, Kearny, NJ 07032. Dynamics Development Services, Inc. Employer did not have physical copies of SDS or the means of obtaining them readily onsite, exposing employees to hazards of chemical exposure without proper treatment. Such chemicals include but are not limited to asbestos and Spray Rite Heavy Duty Adhesive ingredients such as acetone, propane, hexane, and isobutane. Conditions noted on or about 10/1/2014.
