29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3): Point of operation guarding was not provided to protect employees from rotating parts: (a) The wet concrete saw located on the north wall of the hand tamping area did not have an adequate guard on the saw to protect employees from rotating parts. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19
