29 CFR 1926.62(f)(1): For employees who used respirators required by 29 CFR 1926.62, the employer did not provide each employee an appropriate respirator that complied with the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.62(f): Doe Run Resource Recycling plant: Where personal air sampling results showed employee exposure to lead at 693 micrograms per cubic meter in 2013 the employer did not require that its employees be provided full face respirators for the same task where exposure level was later measured at 1657 micrograms per cubic meter on July 28, 2014. Employees were provided half mask respirators with maximum protection factors of 500 micrograms per cubic meter.

29 CFR 1910.1020(g)(1)(iii): The employer did not inform current employees upon their first entering into employment and at least annually thereafter, of each employee's rights of access to the records covered by 29 CFR 1910.1020:(Construction Reference: 1926.33): Employees who worked for Gillespie & Powers at Doe Run Resource Recycling Boss, Missouri, and who were overexposed to lead above the exposure limit were not informed upon initial assignment and annually of their rights of access to records such as, but not necessarily limited to, blood lead levels records, air sampling exposure records, medical and fit testing records.
