On or about October 1, 2014, an employee using a pneumatic nail gun was not wearing safety glasses, exposing himself to being hit by nails or flying debris. The Emco Rain Gutters, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 967569, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 21, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 1475 Lantern Light Trail, Lot 301, Middleburg, Florida 32068.
