29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1): When scaffold platforms were more than 2 feet (0.6 m) above or below a point of access, portable ladders, hook-on ladders, attachable ladders, stair towers (scaffold stairways/towers), stairway-type ladders (such as ladder stands), ramps, walkways, integral prefabricated scaffold access, or direct access from other scaffold, sturcure, personnel hoist, or similar surface was not used. Crossbraces were used as a means of access: JOBSITE, NORTHEAST CORNER: On or about October 1, 2014, employees were exposed to a fall hazard while climbing the crossbracing and frame components of the supported scaffold when there was a difference greater than two (2) feet to access the roof above.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: JOBSITE, NORTHEAST CORNER: On or about October 1, 2014, employees were exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet while installing electrical components on the roof of a new construction building without fall protection. The, JMEG Electrical Contractors, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 461654, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 18, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 3535 W. Loop 820 South, Fort Worth, TX 76116.
