29 CFR 1926.300(b)(1): Power operated tools when designed to accommodate guards, were not equipped with such guards when in use. A. MAJAAC Inc. DBA Brust Pipeline Construction worksite located near Sylvania Ave. & Fulton Lucas Rd.: On or about October 1, 2014, the employer did not ensure the Black & Decker Wildcat 7/9" grinder was equipped with the appropriate factory provided guard while in use. Employees were using the unguarded tool to grind and wire brush the previously welded metal pipe. The employees were exposed to potential contact of the wheel during grinding operations.
