29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or about September 30, 2014, and at times prior to that date, employees were exposed to falls of approximately 9 feet, while conducting reroofing activities, on a 6/12 pitch roof, without the benefit of a fall protection system being in place. Gabriel Garcia-Madrigal, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) or its equivalent which was contained in OSHA inspection 62841, Citation 1, Item 1, issued June 2, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 6959 Blackwatch Lane, Colorado Springs, CO. This citation became final on June 13, 2011.
