29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means. a) Jobsite: Front lawn - Employees erected an aluminum Tranzsporter LH200 Platform Lift Hoist in proximity to overhead power lines. One employee was fatally shocked, and the other sustained burns to the hands and feet when the platform lift hoist came into contact with a 13kv power line, on or about 9/26/14.
