Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. a) Worksite - An employee was working at the roof edge without protection from falling; on, or about, 10/02/2014. Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
