29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: (a) 820 North Park Street, Sullivan, MO 63080: The employer failed to develop or maintain a written respiratory program that featured specific procedures and elements that address the following worksite conditions: - Painters that wear elastomeric respirators while mixing and spraying coatings that contain chemicals such as, but not limited to, 1,2,4-trimethyl benzene, acetone, amorphous silica, ethylbenzene, methyl isobutyl ketone, and xylene. - Mechanics that wear filtering facepiece respirators under voluntary conditions Gerry Counts Auto Body & Service Center was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1910.134(c)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314387325, citation number one, item number one and was affirmed as a final order on 10/06/2010, with respect to a workplace located at 820 North Park Street, Sullivan, MO 63080.
