29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level: a) Job site, 235 Solar Drive, Imperial, PA: On or about October 2, 2014, during construction activities, an employee was not protected from falling while working on a scissor lift unit in that the employee stood on the guardrails of the unit and was not using other fall protection, such as a harness, and was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10 1/2 feet.
