29 CFR 1926.503(c): When the employer had reason to believe that any affected employee who had already been trained did not have the understanding and skill required by paragraph (a) of this section, the employer did not retrain each such employee: a) Jobsite, 235 Solar Drive, Imperial, PA: On or about October 2, 2014, during construction activities the employer did not ensure that fall protection retraining was accomplished where employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet.
