29 CFR 1910.1001(j)(3)(i): The building owner, facility owner, or employer did not determine the presence, location, and quantity of asbestos-containing material (ACM) or presumed asbestos containing material (PACM) at the worksite and did not exercise due diligence in complying with these requirements to inform employers and employees about the presence and location of ACM and PACM: a) Basement, COL-MOR Apartments, 201-214 Franklin Street, Bloomfield, NJ 07003. The employer did not inform employees performing custodial work about the presence, location and quantity of asbestos containing thermal systems insulation in the basement. A bulk sample of this thermal systems insulation was found to contain 4% Chrysotile Asbestos. Conditions noted on or about 10/3/2014.
