29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest system:  On or about October 1, 2014, employees performing roofing activities more than 6 feet above lower levels were not provided fall protection and exposed to an unprotected fall hazard up to approximately 16 feet to the concrete below.
