29 CFR 1926.452(j)(2): Poles were not secured to the structure by rigid triangular bracing or equivalent at the bottom, top, and other points as necessary: (a) 80 Knox St., Springfield, MA: On or about October 2, 2014 several employees were working from a pump jack scaffold system that was only attached to the structure at its top. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
