29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): Jobsite: Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of up to approximately 34 feet while working on the roof and from window openings. Instance A: An employee working at the roof peak was not protected against falls. Instance B: An unprotected floor opening existed behind the first floor stairs. Instance C: An unprotected floor opening existed behind the second floor stairs. Instance D: An unprotected floor opening existed on the west side of the third floor. Instance E: Multiple inadequately protected window openings existed on the second floor.
