29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employees working in an aerial lift were climbing on the railings of the basket: a) 8790 Park Ave, Pennsauken, NJ: On or about 10/03/2014, two employees of Arete Development Inc., were painting cellular antennas from the basket of a JLG extensible boom aerial lift while approximately 125 feet in the air. The employees were observed to climb on the railings of the lift basket. The employer did not ensure that the employees always stand firmly on the floor of the basket.
