29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:    (a)C Loera Construction LLC at 4760 South Wadsworth Blvd. Building G, Denver, CO 80123:  On and before October 3rd, 2014, the employer did not ensure that employees wore safety glasses when using or working in the vicinity of pneumatic nail guns.  The condition exposed employees to the hazard of projectiles to the eyes.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    (a)C Loera Construction LLC at 4760 South Wadsworth Blvd. Building G, Denver, CO 80123:  On and before October 3rd, 2014, the employer did not ensure that employees were using fall protection when shingling a three-story apartment building with roofs up to an 8 on 12 pitch.  The condition exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 30 feet.
