Employees of Santiago Roofing were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 12 feet while engaged in roofing activities on the roof of a residential building with no fall protection in place.     Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").   Santiago Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 986202, citation number 1, item number 4/a and was affirmed as a final order on September 2, 2014 with respect to a workplace located at 1226 Tejon, Colorado Springs, CO 80903.
