CFR 1926.1051(b): The employer did not provide and install fall protection systems required by this subpart and did not comply with all other pertinent requirements of this subpart before employees began the work that necessitates the installation and use of stairways and their respective fall protection systems: a) 125 Lexington Avenue, Linden, NJ 07036. The employer allowed his employee to install newly fabricated steel steps in excess of six feet above the concrete floor below, with no fall protection systems in place. Incident occurred on or about 09/27/14.
