Section 6.21.3.4(B): Fuel containers shall be mounted to prevent jarring loose and slipping or rotating, and the fastening shall be designed and constructed to withstand, without permanent visible deformation, static loading in any direction equal to four times the weight of the container filled with fuel: At this location, employees operated propane fueled forklifts and the replacement propane cylinders, located in the back of the building, were not secured in accord with NFPA No. 58.
