On or about October 9, 2014, Roll Storage Area: The working space before 120/208V electrical panels, identified as LXYZ, L1BI, L1A4A, L1A4 Sec 2, L1A4 Sec 1 and Blower Relay Panel was less than 36 inches by the placement of 6"x6" wooden barriers, 27 inches from the face of the panels.
