29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation: a) ABM Industries, Inc., Primerica building, Duluth, GA - Employees were using cleaning solutions, such as but not limited to, Lemon-Eze and Crew Tile and Grount Rejuvenator. The use of proper eye protection was not ensure when dispensing and using these cleaning solutions that were corrosive to the eyes, on or about, 10/7/14. b) ABM Industries, Inc., Assurant building, Duluth, GA - Employees were using cleaning solutions, such as but not limited to, Lemon-Eze and Crew Tile and Grount Rejuvenator. The use of proper eye protection was not ensure when dispensing and using these cleaning solutions that were corrosive to the eyes, on or about, 10/7/14.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): Employee training did not include the details of the hazardous communication program developed by the employer, including an explanation of labels received on shipped containers and the work place labeling system used by their employer, and the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how the employees can obtain and use the appropriate hazard information: a) ABM Industries, Inc., Primerica building, Duluth, GA - Employees were using cleaning solutions, such as but not limited to, Lemon-Eze, Quick Fill Pourpak 310 and Lift-Off Baseboard Stripper containing Dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid, alcohols and hydrocarbons. Training under the new labeling system and safety data sheets had not been conducted, on or about 10/7/14. b) ABM Industries, Inc., Assurant building, Duluth, GA - Employees were using cleaning solutions, such as but not limited to, Lemon-Eze, Quick Fill Pourpak 310 and Lift-Off Baseboard Stripper containing Dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid, alcohols and hydrocarbons.
