29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) a) J.A. Long Construction Company at 4675 North 51st Street, Boulder, CO 80307: On or before October 3rd, 2014, subcontractor employees were exposed to health hazards associated with cutting and cleaning up material which contained asbestos. The employer failed to identify hazardous conditions onsite as they did not ensure that frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite were conducted by a competent person.
