29 CFR 1926.651(b)(2): Utility companies or owners were not contacted within established or customary local response times, advised of the proposed work, and asked to establish the location of the utility underground installations prior to the start of an excavation project: a) The Perkiomen School, Worksite - on or about October 3, 2014, an existing manhole was being demolished which required the excavation of the adjacent soil containing utility services, but the utility owners were not contracted to establish the location of their services for this specific project prior to the start of the excavation work.
