29 CFR 1926.350(a)(10): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinder or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one-half hour: a) In the center of the Phase II construction area, on October 1, 2014, the employer did not ensure a pallet of oxygen cylinders and a pallet of acetylene cylinders that were stored thirteen feet apart were stored a distance of twenty feet or greater apart.
