Trilogy Park Subdivision, 4979 Bayborough Drive, Lot #21E, Hoschton, GA (Jobsite) - Employees were exposed to struck-by hazard. Employees were in the process of nailing down the 2x4 wooden top plate, using a pneumatic air gun, without the use of any eye protection, on or about 10/07/14.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a. Trilogy Park Subdivision, 4979 Bayborough Drive, Lot #21E, Hoschton, GA (Jobsite) - Employees were exposed to fall hazard. Employee were working and walking on the top plates and floor joists while in the process of installing floor decking/sheathing approximately 13 feet above ground level, without utilizing any type of fall protection, on or about 10/07/14.
