29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: On or about October 7, 2014; on the west side of the jobsite, the employer allowed employees to utilize two different aerial lifts without adequate fall protection in order to install gypsum board on the exterior of the building. Instance a) Two employees performed work without adequate fall protection while standing in a Genie S-40 aerial lift. Instance b) Two employees performed work without adequate fall protection while standing in a JLG 400S aerial lift.
