29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail:  a) First to Second Floor Left Staircase - Employees using the left staircase were exposed to fall hazards from two (2) sets of ten (10) riser staircases not containing at least one handrail, on or about October 7th, 2014.  b) First to Second Floor Right Staircase - Employees using the right staircase were exposed to fall hazards from two (2) sets of ten (10) riser staircases not containing at least one handrail, on or about October 7th, 2014.  No abatement certification or documentation required.
