29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition. A) Fire Station #2 - On or about 10/7/14, employees were exposed to respiratory irritations when the facility was not kept clean in that mold was found in the facility. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
