29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: (a) 217 West Main Street, Mechanicsburg PA - Employee were utilizing a JLG 40-H aerial lift to perform painting work activities and were not protected/restrained inside the basket by the use of a fall harness and attached lanyard, thereby exposing the employees to a possible fall hazard of 16 to 18 feet, on or about October 8, 2014. No abatement certification or documentation required.
