In the de-burring and tubing departments, employees were exposed to an amputation hazard, in that, there was no cup guard on the Powermatic Drill Press # 155C/ 32 or the Rockwell Delta drill Press155B SN# 14G4517 which were used to drill holes into stainless steel sheets, on or about 10/07/2014.  c. In the tubing department, employees were exposed to an amputation hazard, in that, while cutting metal tubing with the Thomas cold saw, no guard was present leaving 5 inches of the blade exposed during operation, on or about 10/07/2014  d. In the finishing department, employees were exposed to an amputation hazard, in that, while cutting  1 inch Styrofoam sheeting, 6 inches of the blade of the Rockwell  SN #18114330 band saw was exposed, on or about 10/07/2014.
