29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: (a) On or about October 7, 2014 at worksite 115 S Main St, Liberty, Missouri- employees were walking and working under elevated employees and materials and were not protected from overhead hazards by the use of hard hats. No abatement certification needed for this item.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. (a) On or about October 7, 2014 at worksite 115 S Main St, Liberty, Missouri- Four employees engaged in Commercial roofing work were exposed to serious fall hazards, in that no Fall Protection Equipment or Fall Protection Systems were in use. Employees were exposed to serious injuries from fall hazards ranging from approx. 11-17 feet to lower levels. Abatement verification is not required for this item.
