29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: At this maintenance site, an employee was permitted to work from the personnel basket of an aerial lift without proper fall protection. The employee did not have a lanyard from a body belt or a harness connected to the basket or boom. The employee was exposed to a 20 foot fall to the ground level.
