29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii):   a)  26 Spencer Road, Glen Ridge, NJ  An employee performing roof repairs was exposed a fall hazard of approximately 16 feet while standing on a tubular welded frame scaffold platform wooden plank.  This platform only had one 2 x 10" plank when at least two boards were required to fully plank the scaffold.    Violation observed on or about 10-9-14
