29 CFR 1926.102(a)(2): The employer did not ensure that eye and face protection equipment required by this Part met the requirements specified in American National Standards Institute, Z87.1-1968, Practice for Occupational and Educational Eye and Face Protection. On or about October 8, 2014 and at times prior thereto, an employee operating a hammer drill was not protected by the use of safety glasses.
