29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: a/ Bed Bath & Beyond/Port Reading NJ Site: Throughout Warehouse (including but not limited to) the Side Filling Area for Pickers. Products stored in various size boxes on metal storage racks were not secured to prevent falling. Observed on/or about 10/09/2014.
