29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. (a) East side, new residential construction located at 2262 White Oak Street SE, Smyrna, Ga.: Two employees installing siding from a pump jack scaffold platform at heights approximately 23 feet from the ground were exposed to falls when a guardrail system was not provided along all open sides of the work platform.
